Flavours Street

In 1997, Alfred moved to Pune with the dream of turning Indian street food into a globally famous brand. By providing delicious and authentic sandwiches, his hope was to establish his brand as one of the most well-known and draw people to his shop. He wanted people to remember the mesmerizing taste of Alfred’s sandwiches. A visionary man who started his journey on “Thela Gadi” worked to create a company with three and counting outlets in Pune and launched Flavours Street in 1998 as a street seller in Koregaon Park.
